| Jones & Carter, Inc., is a multi-discipline engineering firm with our Corporate and Houston Operations offices located in southwest Houston. We also have offices in Austin, Dallas, and The Woodlands, Texas. We provide civil engineering services that include design and construction phase services for projects such as paving, infrastructure rehabilitation, sanitary sewer collection, storm sewers, pumping stations, water plants, water wells, wastewater treatment plants, drainage channels, and water distribution systems. Through our subsidiary Cotton Surveying Company, we provide survey and platting services. We are committed to delivering exceptional client service and outstanding completed projects for each and every client we serve. Jones & Carter, Inc. is organized into five basic production divisions: Municipal Services, Construction Services, Water/Wastewater, Land Development, and Surveying. Currently we serve as District Engineer for over 60 water districts in southeast Texas. We manage operations, maintenance, and improvements for more than 87 water wells, 62 water plants, 50 wastewater treatment plants, and numerous elevated storage tanks. We provide a full range of management services from coordination and review of operations to construction and administration services for capital improvement projects. We communicate regularly with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Environmental Protection Agency to remain current on environmental issues. Jones & Carter, Inc. also has a 27-year history of successfully providing Land Development services. We are confident of our abilities to correctly deal with all types of infrastructure issues including water and wastewater issues as well as drainage issues and, surface quality improvements such as parks and walkways.
